The crumby dog

Because it’s that week in the lectionary (16th August) here are the pictures I’ve done for the gospel reading about Jesus’ encounter with the canaanites woman.

This one’s called ‘the one with the crumby dog’ (urban version) and features the woman with the sick child who answered back. You go, mamma bear!

  1. I used the second “Crumby Dog” painting as a backdrop for my video sermon for Sunday. I credited you for the artwork. Here’s the link to my video.

    Thanks for your generosity.

  2. So happy to have found these! I am using the one of her grabbing his hand for our bulletin cover this week in Saugus, MA!

  3. OH WOW!! The “Urban Crumbly Dog” is breathtaking! I can see that you are allowing folks to share your artwork with credit and so I plan to do just that! We send a weekly constant contact with an image for the sermon of the Sunday and post it on our website as well. If I needed to do anything more than give you credit for this piece; please notify me. I am the “church police” when it comes to copyright etc!

  4. Hello! I would love to use The Crumbly Dog for the lead image for a podcast episode we’re releasing this week on Jesus and the Canaanite woman. The image would appear on our blog and Instagram/Facebook with credit to you and your website name. Happy to pay as well, please advise!
